This policy is for Penguin Shop (package name com.aiprimitivefun.penguin), published by Dao of Play (玩道). It describes how the Android app accesses, stores, uses, and shares information.
Who we are

What the app does with data
Penguin Shop is a single-player 3D sorting game. The current Android build does not request internet permission and does not include ads, analytics, accounts, or in-app chat.
- We do not collect personal information. The app does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or payment details.
- We do not send data off your device. Progress stays in local save files on the phone or tablet.
- We do not share data with third parties for advertising, sale, or analytics, because the app does not transmit gameplay data to us or to anyone else.
Information stored on your device
The game writes local files so you can continue later. That typically includes:
- Game progress (which penguins are placed, coins, upgrades, camera, time played)
- Settings such as mute and other options stored with the save
These files stay in the app’s private storage on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them. We cannot read them from here.
Permissions
The current Android export does not enable the Internet permission. The app does not use the advertising ID. If a later version needs a new permission or online feature, this policy will be updated before that version is published.
Purchases
If you buy the game on Google Play, Google processes the payment. Dao of Play does not receive your card number or Google account password. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
Penguin Shop does not require an account and does not collect personal information. It is a casual sorting game, not a social or messaging app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Accounts
The app does not create user accounts. There is no account-deletion page because there is no account to delete. You can remove local progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
Changes
If how the app handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version will always be at this URL.
